Maintenance and Cares

（1）Powered up and adjust
1 ）、Check whether all connection is tight and whether screw is loose and if oil is leaking.
2 ）、Check whether control connection is in good condition and whether the main line is tight.
3 ）、Equipment is matching with the pressure or not.
4 ）、Power up, measure whether the three phase line voltage is the same and whether the gauge can meet the demand for electricity.
5 ）、Turn off the power, and test whether the direction is correct.
6 ）、Check whether the oil level in the bucket is in the two-thirds of the oil monitor.
7 ）、The outlet ball-type valve is open or not. All the ball valve must be open to guarantee safety operation.
8 ）、Equip the belt and test its bounce.
9 ）、Check the manufacture date, If it is a long time, open the oil discharge valve and examine whether there is some water. If so, discharge the water.
10 ）、Fill in the debug document for maintenance and cares later.

（2）、Cares
1）、Points for attention
Before power off, monitor each element to confirm if each is in order and if there is abnormal sound, and to confirm the temperature is in the range of 65℃-95℃. If there is something abnormal, please refer to the reference for trouble shooting.
Check if there is oil leakage, gas or water. If there is something abnormal, please deal with it immediately.
Normally stop the machine, cut off the power and close the valve of the air discharging system to confirm system pressure returns to zero and V-belt tighten operation is in order.
Wash out dust and dirt from filter and fins of the cooler.
Don’t spill lubrication oil on you, for heat oil may hurt your skin.
Having finished maintenance, keep away from high-tem part and transmission part before starting up, to avoid burning you or dangerous of clothes drawn into. Ensure safe disassembly of oil separator flange cover 

2）、Exchange of lubrication oil
The first routine holding time for lubrication oil is 1000hours, after that, exchange it per 3000hours.
Pipes and containers should be prepared for used oil discharging. Emergency stop when pressure reaches to the pressure rated and discharge used oil utilizing internal pressure of the system.
Again, make use of the pressure of the bypass pipes for gas holder and lead it into oil-gas holder or manual barring gear till totally discharge the used oil. Feed oil to the oil tank. It is normal that the level lies in one-second of the oil monitor at the state of stopped the machine.
Attention：
(1) Oil leakage is prohibited at the state of operation.
(2)Oil specification  must be confirmed before exchanging the lubrication oil.
(3)Feed oil after taking out oil purifier from the inbuilt unit

3）、Exchange oil-gas separator.
Routine maintenance time for oil purifier is 4000hours to 6000hours. Or exchange it when the differential of discharging pressure and system pressure reaches to about 1bar.
Remove the screw oil purifier with belt wrench. Apply a little lubrication oil on the seal ring of the new oil purifier and secure by hand tighten, 1/2 or 3/4circle will be enough.
For in-built oil purifier, oil-return pipes, servos line and air discharging pipes must be removed, then remove the flange cover and take out old oil purifier.
Clean the flange cover and seal surface among holders. Don’t let fragment or any other things fall into the holders.
Put a new oil purifier, fit the flange cover on and diagonally tighten the bolts.
Reconnect all pipes and check it seals without leaking after startup.

Attentions：
(1)Confirm that the model of the new oil purifier is the same with the former.
(2)Up and down seal gasket must be placed while setting the in-built oil purifier. Be sure to staple the gasket together.
(3)Efficient installation of oil return pipes must be guaranteed while setting the purifier. It is about 1 to 1.5mm from the lowest part of the purifier.

4）、Exchange of oil filter
The first routine holding time for oil filter is 1000hours, after those, exchange it per 3000hours or clogged up.
Belt wrench should be used to remove oil filter when exchange, and clean dirt on the filter.
Apply a little lubrication oil on the seal ring of the new oil filter and secure by hand tighten, 1/2 or3/4circle will be enough.
Attention:
(1) To confirm it is the same with the former.
(2) To confirm whether the seal of the filter is reliable after restart. If leaking, please tighten it again.
(3) Oil filter must be exchanged at the same time if lubrication oil doesn’t exchanged as expected.

5）、Exchange of the filter core of the air inlet filter.
The first routine holding time for air filter is 1000hours, after those, exchange the filter core of it per 3000hours.
But if the filter core has been clogged because of heavy polluted environment of the compressor, it must be exchanged at once to ensure smooth inlet and outlet of air.
Remove the enclosure cover of the air filter and take out the old one.
Clean dust in the enclosure cover of the air filter with clean wet cloth, and then set a new one( Fastening Bolt must be assembled for DS series). Set the cover and its Fastening Bolt.
(2)Attention:
(1) Check inside of the enclosure cover of the air filter while exchanging, and ensure the filter core is clean with nothing in.
(2)Wrapping paper left is prohibited, which will cause trouble for the host machine, it will be locked.

6）、Attentions for after maintenance
Clean dirt in the machine and at the scene after maintenance. Regulate used parts and packages on site.
Switch the power, release the emergency stop button and reset the maintenance time.
Start the air compressor according to the normal and monitor if the operation is in order.
